1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how ETSOLVIX LLC handles requests involving cancellations, billing errors, credits, and refunds for managed IT services and related professional technology services. No services are purchased directly on the public website. Individual client service agreements, proposals, and statements of work may establish additional or different commercial terms. Where there is a conflict, the signed agreement governs except where applicable law or payment-network rules require otherwise.
2. Consultation and Service Authorization
Prospective clients request an assessment or consultation before ETSOLVIX agrees to provide services. An inquiry or consultation request does not create a paid subscription. ETSOLVIX may decline a prospective engagement when we determine that the requested services cannot be delivered reliably or are not an appropriate fit.
3. Billing After Services
Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, ETSOLVIX invoices services after the relevant service period or completion of the agreed work. Invoices identify the applicable services and amount due. Accepted payment arrangements may include authorized ACH bank transfers. Recurring ACH debits, when used, require an appropriate authorization and are subject to the terms communicated to the customer.
4. Refund Eligibility
Payments for services properly performed and invoiced are generally nonrefundable, except as required by law or an applicable written agreement. ETSOLVIX reviews requests involving duplicate payments, overpayments, incorrect amounts, services billed but not delivered as agreed, or other substantiated billing errors. When a correction is warranted, we may issue a refund, credit, or corrected invoice as appropriate and consistent with applicable law and the agreement.
5. How to Request a Refund or Billing Review
Email [email protected] with the business name, invoice number (if available), date and amount of the payment, a description of the issue, and a preferred contact method. Do not email full bank-account numbers or other sensitive payment credentials. We will acknowledge the request and review relevant invoices, service records, and communications. We do not promise a fixed decision deadline; we will provide updates when additional investigation is necessary.
6. Processing Approved Refunds
Approved refunds ordinarily return through the original payment method when available and appropriate; where that is not possible, we will coordinate a reasonable alternative. Posting time depends on the bank and payment provider. ETSOLVIX does not guarantee a specific bank settlement date. Any mandatory refund or electronic-funds-transfer rights remain unaffected.
7. How to Cancel a Service
To request cancellation, email [email protected] and identify the business, affected services, and requested termination date. We will confirm receipt and review the applicable service agreement for any notice period, minimum commitment, transition requirements, or amounts due. A request is not necessarily an immediate release from contractual obligations; the effective cancellation date is determined under the applicable agreement and law. We will confirm the effective date in writing.
8. Charges After Cancellation
Cancellation does not erase valid charges for services already delivered, authorized work performed before the effective cancellation date, or any applicable contractual termination or transition charges disclosed in the signed agreement. We will not invent or impose a new cancellation fee solely under this website policy. Any disputed final invoice may be submitted for billing review using the process above.
9. ACH Authorizations and Payment Disputes
Revoking an ACH debit authorization and canceling a service agreement are separate actions. Customers may contact their bank regarding electronic-payment rights and may also contact ETSOLVIX to update or revoke a payment authorization using the process stated in the authorization. Revocation does not, by itself, cancel an underlying service agreement or eliminate an amount lawfully owed. Nothing in this policy limits applicable ACH return, error-resolution, or statutory dispute rights.
10. Changes and Contact Information
We may update this publicly posted policy with a revised effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter existing signed contractual rights or applicable law. For questions, cancellation requests, or billing concerns, email [email protected] or call 315-999-1540. Website: etsolvix.com.
