1. Introduction and Scope
ETSOLVIX LLC (“ETSOLVIX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of visitors, prospective customers, and business contacts. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information in connection with our public website, contact and consultation requests, and related business communications. Separate client agreements, service-specific notices, or contractual data-processing terms may govern information handled when providing managed IT services or operating customer portals and support systems.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, information may include:
- Information you provide: your name, business name, work email address, phone number, business location, preferred contact method, inquiry or consultation details, and information you choose to include in messages or forms.
- Business relationship information: communications, appointment details, proposals, authorized contacts, service requests, invoices, billing history, and necessary payment or authorization records if you become a customer.
- Technical information: IP address, general device and browser details, requested pages, dates and times of requests, referral information, and server/security logs that may be generated when you access the website.
- Cookies or similar technologies: data associated with site functionality, preferences, security, analytics, or integrations, to the extent such technologies are actually deployed. See Section 6.
Please do not submit passwords, private keys, full payment-card numbers, full bank-account details, medical records, or other sensitive information through an ordinary public inquiry form. We will provide an appropriate secure method when sensitive information is necessary.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to respond to inquiries; arrange consultations; assess whether requested services are a good fit; prepare proposals; establish and administer business relationships; provide authorized IT support; issue invoices and manage payments; communicate about services; maintain and secure our systems; detect misuse or fraud; meet legal obligations; and resolve disputes. We may also evaluate aggregate website usage and improve our website and services if suitable tools are enabled. We will use promotional communications only where permitted by applicable law and provide a practical way to stop nonessential marketing emails.
4. When We Disclose Information
We may share information with personnel and authorized service providers who reasonably need it to operate the website and business, such as hosting, email, identity, scheduling, customer management, support, security, storage, accounting, and payment vendors. We may disclose information to a client’s technology providers when needed for requested vendor coordination or service delivery; to governmental authorities or other parties when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; or in connection with a lawful business reorganization subject to appropriate protections. We do not authorize service providers to use information for unrelated purposes under our control.
5. Customer and Managed IT Service Data
When ETSOLVIX provides managed IT or technical support, we may access customer systems and information only to the extent authorized and necessary for the contracted work. Customer-controlled information may be subject to a separate service agreement, confidentiality provisions, security requirements, or data-processing agreement. This website policy does not itself establish that ETSOLVIX is HIPAA compliant, a HIPAA business associate for a particular engagement, or certified under any framework. Clients with regulated information must discuss applicable requirements and execute necessary agreements before sharing it.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Content
We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic, referring sources, campaign performance, device and browser information, and interactions with our pages. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information, including IP addresses, to provide measurement and approximate geographic reports. Our Google Analytics configuration disables Google signals and advertising personalization signals. Our website loader respects Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control and our stored analytics opt-out preference. We also retain campaign source, medium, campaign key and landing-page context in browser session storage to associate an accepted inquiry with its campaign; this context renews after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not send contact form names, email addresses or message text as custom Google Analytics event fields. Accepted inquiry forms are recorded to deliver the requested service. Essential session technologies and security logs may also be used to operate and protect the website.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business and financial records, providing contracted services, securing systems, and complying with legal obligations. Different types of records may have different retention periods; backup copies may persist temporarily according to recovery and deletion processes. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable law and legitimate preservation needs.
8. Security
We use or seek to maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and the risks involved. Measures may include access restrictions, authentication, secure transmission, monitoring, backups, vendor oversight, and incident-response processes. No website, network, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We review incidents and provide notices when applicable law requires them.
9. Your Choices and Requests
You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you, or to ask questions about its use. We will verify requests as appropriate and respond consistent with applicable law, contractual obligations, security needs, and legitimate recordkeeping exceptions. These statements do not create rights beyond applicable law. You can ask us to stop nonessential marketing communications by replying to the message or contacting us. Necessary service, billing, legal, or security communications may continue.
10. Links and Third-Party Services
Links or embedded third-party tools may be governed by those providers’ own privacy notices and practices. We encourage you to review them. This policy does not control third-party websites outside our operation.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our services, systems, business practices, or law. We will post revisions with an updated effective date and provide additional notice when required. Material changes will not be applied retroactively in a manner prohibited by law or contrary to applicable contracts.
